To support their rapid growth and international presence, Afni needed a fresh approach to their web presence—specifically for the Afni Careers site, which serves as the hub for talent acquisition across three distinct regions. They approached McD Digital for a comprehensive redesign and reprogramming of the Afni Careers site to improve usability, cohesiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) across these regions. We also redesigned their collections website that enables subrogation insurance payments to occur with greater efficiency and speed.
McD Digital, known for its expertise in digital transformation and tailored web solutions, took on the challenge with a goal to create a streamlined, visually engaging, and user-friendly platform that would cater to Afni's diverse workforce needs. The primary objectives were to elevate the Afni Careers brand in the competitive BPO landscape, deliver a unified domain structure to improve SEO, and ensure seamless functionality for job seekers across the United States, the Philippines, and Mexico.
Using the versatile McD CMS, the McD Digital team developed a main AfniCareers.com site representing U.S. career opportunities, while also creating dedicated microsites for the Philippines (afnicareers.com/philippines) and Mexico (afnicareers.com/mexico). This strategic approach enabled all sites to share a single domain, maximizing SEO impact across regions, while allowing each site to maintain its own distinctive style and local relevance.
