Challenges and Objectives

Afni, Inc., a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), partners with some of the world’s most recognized brands to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and service delivery. As a multifaceted company operating across sectors like insurance, collections, and customer care, Afni’s reach extends across the United States, the Philippines, and a newly established office in Mexico.

 

To support their rapid growth and international presence, Afni needed a fresh approach to their web presence—specifically for the Afni Careers site, which serves as the hub for talent acquisition across three distinct regions. They approached McD Digital for a comprehensive redesign and reprogramming of the Afni Careers site to improve usability, cohesiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) across these regions. We also redesigned their collections website that enables subrogation insurance payments to occur with greater efficiency and speed.

 

McD Digital, known for its expertise in digital transformation and tailored web solutions, took on the challenge with a goal to create a streamlined, visually engaging, and user-friendly platform that would cater to Afni's diverse workforce needs. The primary objectives were to elevate the Afni Careers brand in the competitive BPO landscape, deliver a unified domain structure to improve SEO, and ensure seamless functionality for job seekers across the United States, the Philippines, and Mexico.

 

Project Scope

Using the versatile McD CMS, the McD Digital team developed a main AfniCareers.com site representing U.S. career opportunities, while also creating dedicated microsites for the Philippines (afnicareers.com/philippines) and Mexico (afnicareers.com/mexico). This strategic approach enabled all sites to share a single domain, maximizing SEO impact across regions, while allowing each site to maintain its own distinctive style and local relevance.

 

Our Solution

  • Bold, Modern Design: A unique design was crafted to position Afni Careers as a leader among BPO industry websites. This included a fresh, cohesive color palette, custom-designed icons, and dynamic geometric shapes, all strategically integrated to reinforce brand consistency and appeal.
  • Automated Job Listings by Region: Seamless integration with ADP’s API allowed for automated job postings based on region, ensuring that job seekers see relevant opportunities tailored to their specific location.
  • Exclusive Content Access via White Page Listings: To drive engagement and grow Afni's talent pool, White Page listings were introduced, allowing visitors to provide an email address to access selected posts and content.
  • SEO-Optimized News and Blog URLs: The site’s structure was optimized with SEO-friendly URLs for news and blog sections, enhancing Afni’s visibility and ranking in search results.
  • User-Centric Job Search Bar: A streamlined search feature on the homepage now enables users to find job openings quickly by filtering location and job category, creating a more intuitive and satisfying user experience.
  • Comprehensive SEO Transition Plan: To prevent any drop in search engine rankings, a meticulous SEO transition strategy was implemented. This plan preserved Afni's SEO equity throughout the migration to the redesigned site.
